Necklace قلادة

For women it is their beauty and adornment.

(Whoever sees) that he is wearing a necklace of gold, pearls and rubies will be appointed to one of the offices of the Muslims or entrusted with a trust. A necklace for a man, if it has silver pieces on it, signifies marriage to a beautiful woman, and the rubies and jewels on it are her beauty. If it is silver and jewels, it is a comprehensive governorship with wealth and relief. If it is of iron, it is a governorship with strength. If it is of brass, it is the goods of this world. If it is of beads, it is a governorship with feebleness and weakness. A necklace for women is money that her husband has entrusted to her. A necklace for a pregnant woman is a male child if what is on the neck is masculine (in grammatical gender), and if it is feminine, a girl. If the necklace comes undone or breaks, the governor to whom the necklace is attributed will be dismissed. A red necklace for a woman is a red head-veil. A necklace for a married woman is a child, and for an unmarried woman, a husband. If he sees that he is wearing large necklaces and strings of beads and is too weak to carry them, he is too weak to act on his knowledge and uphold it. If a woman sees that she is wearing a necklace, whatever soundness or defect is in it, its interpretation concerns her husband, or her guardian, or the trust she takes upon herself.
