Privacy Policy

iDreamBot app · Effective date: October 6, 2026

iDreamBot is a dream journal for iOS and Android, published by Saadia Publication Inc. (Quebec, Canada) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: your dreams stay on your phone, and we never receive them.

No account, no servers

iDreamBot has no account and no sign-up. We do not run our own servers for the app's features.

Your dreams stay on your device

Your dreams (text), journal, interpretations, translations and settings are stored only on your device, in a local database. We never receive your dream content.

Voice input

Voice input uses your phone's built-in speech recognition. On iPhone, the app requests on-device recognition when your language supports it. Otherwise, the operating system's speech service (Apple or Google) may process the audio under their own privacy policies.

AI interpretations

AI interpretations are generated on your device with Apple Intelligence (Apple Foundation Models). No dream text is sent to us or to an AI company.

Translations

Translations are made on your device with Google ML Kit on-device translation. The language models are downloaded from Google once; after that, translation happens on the device.

Ads (free version)

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized, and the app does not ask for permission to track you. Google may still collect device and usage data needed to serve and measure ads (for example, IP address, device identifiers used for fraud prevention, and ad interactions) under Google's own policies:

Subscriptions

iDreamBot Premium (monthly and yearly, auto-renewing) is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which process your payment. RevenueCat, a third-party subscription service, receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase/receipt information so it can manage your Premium access. We never see your card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Content sources

Classical dream meanings come from al-Nabulsi's Ta'tir al-Anam (a classical public-domain text), translated by us. Quran verse translations come from Quran.com. Interpretations are for reflection only and are not religious rulings or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Deleting your data

Deleting a dream removes it from your device. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Because we hold no personal dream data, there is nothing for us to export or delete. Data held by third parties is managed through them:

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. Its age rating is 12+.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
