Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Liver كبد

In a dream it is the seat of courage, so whoever sees that he has a large liver is compassionate and brave.

(Whoever sees) that his liver was wounded, buried money will appear to him. The liver is the seat of anger and compassion, so whoever looks into his liver and sees his face in it will die.

(Whoever sees) that he eats a person's liver will obtain stored-up money and consume it. If there are many livers, grilled, raw or cooked, they are treasures opened to him which he obtains; and likewise the livers of sheep, cattle and other animals and of beasts of prey. The liver signifies children and life. When there is fat on the liver, it is money coming from women. Whoever eats a liver will obtain strength and benefit from his child.

(Whoever sees) his liver paining him has wronged his child or his beloved, or worry has come to him from one of them. An ulcer on the liver is wickedness. Whoever cuts his liver, he or his beloved will die. The liver is the cook of the king, the emir and the man of wealth, so whatever happens to it goes back to the cook. The liver coming out of the belly may also signify injustice, and it is not praiseworthy. The liver is also money gained in vain [i.e. wrongfully].

(Whoever sees) that he eats his own liver will obtain money and consume it, or will consume some of his child's money.
