Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Ankle bone (heel; knucklebone) كعب

In a dream it is a child, a gambler [ka'b also means a knucklebone used as a die]. And it is said [the sentence breaks off in the source].

(Whoever sees) that his ankle bone broke will die, or will be struck by grief, a calamity, an affliction, a hardship or a trial.

(Whoever sees) that he has a low ankle and hamstring will gain strength, courage and boldness. The ankle bone, for a single man, is a wife. Knucklebones are vain talk for whoever plays with them in his dream; if he beats a person with them, he will overpower him. If a sick person sees that his ankle bone broke, he will die. A person's ankle bone is his wealth; if it disappears, the wealth disappears.

(Whoever sees) his ankle bone fine, handsome and well-proportioned to his form, that is a good and blessed omen for what he seeks, whether marriage or the purchase of property, a servant or a riding animal. If he sees an ugly ankle bone, or blackened, scratched or broken, the outcome of that turns to regret and loss.

(Whoever sees) that he has a ka'b [knucklebone] will marry a number of virgins, because of His saying, the Exalted:

وَكَوَاعِبَ أَتْرَابًا

“And full-breasted [companions] of equal age.”

Quran 78:33 · Saheeh International

[kawa'ib: full-breasted maidens, from the same root as ka'b].
