The Kaaba كعبة

The Kaaba in a dream signifies a caliph, a minister, a chief, or marriage; and the one who sees it may enter it.

(Whoever sees) the Kaaba, it is a herald of good coming to him, or of an evil he intended or contemplated being turned away from him. If he sees that he is praying inside it, he will gain access to a chief or a noble imam, be safe from enemies and attain good. If he enters the Ancient House, he will go in to the caliph; if he takes something from it, he will obtain something from the caliph. If he sees one of its walls fall, it signifies the death of the caliph. If he comes to the Kaaba and performs none of the rites there, he will come to God Almighty by fulfilling the obligations He commanded, or by an expiation for an oath. Looking at it is safety from what he fears. If he is put in charge of an affair in Mecca, he will be put in charge of one of the imam's affairs. If he sees that he turned toward it and approached it, he will set his religion right. If he sees that he is in Mecca among the dead, who are questioning him, he will die a martyr. If he sees that he relieved himself in the Kaaba, it is a calamity that will strike the supreme imam. If he sees the Kaaba in his house, he will continue to have authority, servants and renown among people — unless he sees the Kaaba in a bad state, in which case there is no good in it for the owner of the house. If he sees that his house is the Kaaba, then since the Kaaba is the imam of the Muslims, he will remain with the imam.

(Whoever sees) that he is praying on top of the Kaaba will apostatize from the religion of Islam.

(Whoever sees) that he entered the Sacred Precinct and prayed on the roof of the Kaaba will attain security and an office, and will collect revenue from the ruler of a place, along with a corrupt creed and opposition to the Sunnah.

(Whoever sees) that he misses the Kaaba (in facing it) will contravene the Sunnah of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) and enter the creed of the people of heretical whims.

(Whoever sees) that the angels (peace be upon them) descended from the sky, lifted the pillar of the House and set it down in a town, then when civil strife breaks out in the land, the imam will be in that town.

(Whoever sees) the Kaaba in ruins abandons prayer.

(Whoever sees) something lacking or added to the Kaaba, or it displaced from its position, or changed from its condition, its interpretation concerns the imam.

(Whoever sees) that he circled the Kaaba or performed any of the rites, it is righteousness in his religion in proportion to the rites he performed.

(Whoever sees) that he is heading toward the Kaaba is turning to what sets right his religion and his worldly life, or heading to the ruler to share in part of his authority.

(Whoever sees) that he omitted some of the rites contrary to the Sunnah, it is a deviation in his religion, like a deviation from the qibla in his prayer.

(Whoever sees) that the Kaaba is in his house, and he is not in the ruler's service, will marry a noble woman of a good and righteous family. The Kaaba signifies prayer, because it is the qibla of those who pray; it signifies the mosque and the congregational mosque, because it is the House of God; and it signifies whatever is followed and whose guidance is taken, such as Islam, the Quran, the Sunnah, the written Quran, a scholar, a father, a master, a husband and a mother. It may signify Paradise, because it is the House of God, and Paradise is His abode by which one reaches Him. It may signify the pilgrimage season, gatherings, markets and open squares. If he sees that the Kaaba has become his house, people will hasten to him and crowd at his door because of authority he attains, or knowledge he possesses, or work he does; and if he is a slave, his master will free him.

(Whoever sees) that he is circling it or performing one of its rites will serve a ruler, a scholar, a worshipper, a father, a mother, a wife or a master with sincerity, devotion and toil.
