In a dream it is ugly, unlawful wealth and offensive speech, and its owner exchanges good for evil. Whoever eats garlic in his dream will be spoken of with ugly praise. Eating garlic is a good sign for the sick only. Whoever pulls up garlic will suffer harm from his relatives, and likewise if he pulls up onions. It is also said that garlic and onions are worry and sorrow.
