Spring (Water Source) عين الماء

A spring of water in a dream is blessing, good and abundance, and the attainment of a wish — if the one who sees it lives a decent, discreet life.

(Whoever sees) springs bursting forth in his house while he does not live a discreet life, a calamity will befall him over which the people of his house will weep.

(Whoever sees) that he made ablution with spring water, it is good — whether the water is clear or murky, hot or cold — provided it is clean and fit for ablution for prayer, because ablution carries more weight in interpretation than where the water comes from and how it varies.

(Whoever sees) in his house, or in a place that would harm him, that spring water burst forth from it and flowed out of the house, he will gain a livelihood, good and benefit. If it burst forth inside his room, it is sorrow coming from women. If it burst forth from a wall, it is worry that befalls him from a man in that house, such as a brother, an in-law or a friend. If it burst forth and flowed out of the house until it was all gone, they will be quickly saved from the worry; if it did not flow out, it is a lasting worry; if it is clear, it is worry together with bodily health. What is disliked among springs is only one whose water is murky and does not flow. If he sees a spring of water flowing for its owner in a defined channel, whether the owner is living or dead, its interpretation concerns his religion and his deeds, which will continue (to benefit him) until the Day of Resurrection. If he sees a spring of water burst forth in a neighborhood or a house, whether it overflowed or not, sorrow and weeping will occur there; likewise if he drinks from the spring's water, it is worry or sorrow, and if the water is murky it is more severe and the destruction in it is stronger. It is also said:

(Whoever sees) that water burst forth in his house or in a place will buy a servant. If he sees springs bursting forth from the earth, the people of that place will gain much wealth and fruit, along with filth and corruption. Springs and water welling up from valleys, if clear, are a sign of good for all people, especially for the sick and the poor, for they signify ease and recovery, since nothing is more delightful than water. If he sees them dry, it is the opposite, a sign for all people. Whoever makes ablution with spring water: if he is worried, God will relieve him; or if afraid (he will be made safe); or if sick, he will be healed; or if in debt, his debt will be paid; or if burdened with sins, God will expiate them for him.

(Whoever sees) a clear spring, it is revenue collected for whoever owns it; and if he sees it flowing among the houses, it is life for the common people.

(Whoever sees) a clear spring flowing into his house, an amount a man can block with his hand, that is provision and good being driven to him.
