Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Cobbler (shoemaker) إسكاف

There are several kinds. One is the maker of women's boots: seeing him indicates one who contracts marriages, or a procurer. The maker of men's boots indicates servants and journeys, and likewise [the maker of] slippers. The maker of half-boots indicates provision, striving to earn, children and spouses, and putting things in their proper place if he does that in the dream. Seeing him may indicate one through whose hands good flows in religion and worldly life. An unknown cobbler is a man who divides inheritances and is just in doing so, and likewise the leather-worker, because the hides of animals are inheritances. The sandal-maker is a slave-girl dealer, because he embellishes women's affairs, since the sandal is a woman.
