If one who intends to travel sees it, it indicates the slowness and heaviness of the journey. The cart is honor from a non-Arab ruler for whoever rides it, or the attainment of nobility and dignity.

(Whoever sees) that he is clinging to a cart that carries him, or following it, will follow a ruler and gain a hold over him in proportion to his hold on the cart.

(Whoever sees) that he is riding on a cart that carries heavy loads and is not shaped like a passenger vehicle will be struck by worry and sorrow.
