Jujube عناب

In a dream it is a noble, beneficial man, a bringer of joy, of honor and of authority that stands firm in hardships.

(Whoever sees) that he is sucking jujubes will be given a governorship, because of His saying, the Exalted:

ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ ٱلْأَخْضَرِ نَارًا فَإِذَآ أَنتُم مِّنْهُ تُوقِدُونَ

“[It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite.”

Quran 36:80 · Saheeh International

They said it is the jujube tree, and fire is authority. Jujube in its season is whatever share of thorns or portion befalls him; green jujube out of season is misfortunes that befall him and incidents that strike him; and dried jujube at any time is provision near at hand. Its tree is a man of complete intelligence and handsome face. Jujubes may signify a woman's fingers dyed with henna.
