In a dream he is the dreamer's enemy. If he is fair-skinned, he is a hidden enemy; if he is dark-skinned, he is a rich enemy; if he is blond (ruddy), he is an old enemy; if he is a Daylamite, he is a trustworthy enemy; and if he is a villager, he is a harsh enemy. If he is strong, that is the intensity of his enmity, if he is unknown; and if he is known, then that very man is strong. If he is weak, that is the weakness of his strength in waking life. If he sees that he is following a young man, he will overcome his enemy; and if a young man follows him, his enemy will overcome him. If he sees an unknown young man and dislikes him, an enemy hated by people will appear against him; and if he loves him, an enemy loved by them will appear against him. If he sees a young man looking down on him from above, it is an enemy who has gained the upper hand over him, because he is above him. Whoever sees that he has become young while he was an old man will suffer a great loss. A youth who has reached puberty is an enemy, because once he reaches maturity he pays no attention to the words of whoever commands him and forbids him. A young man is scheming and deceit, or a hated enemy. Seeing him signifies movement, strength and the dominance of ignorance, and he may signify blessing and gratitude to God the Exalted.
