Tooth-stick (siwak) سواك

Whoever sees in a dream that he is cleaning his teeth with a tooth-stick will establish one of the Sunnahs of the Messenger of God (God bless him and grant him peace) in proportion to how much he cleans and how constantly, and he will be good to his relatives, drawing them close with whatever his hand can reach and bearing their expenses. If he sees that he cleaned his teeth with excrement, he will establish a Sunnah with unlawful money.

Whoever sees that he carried a tooth-stick and put it in his mouth, it signifies his following the Sunnah. If he sees that he is cleaning his teeth and blood comes out of his teeth, he will come out of his sins and misdeeds; it may also signify misdeeds that he picks up, and that he harms the people of his household and takes their wealth.

Whoever sees that he is cleaning his teeth and blood flows from him is a man who eats people's flesh [i.e. backbites them]. The tooth-stick signifies caution in speech; it may signify purification from sins, embracing Islam after unbelief, and paying off a debt; it may signify deeds that bring one closer to God the Exalted, and the fulfilling of a promise; and it may signify the pregnancy of a wife or the marriage of an unmarried woman.
