Straw تبن

In a dream it is much wealth and fertility for whoever obtains it and brings it into his home. It is related that Ibn Sirin, God's mercy be upon him, looked at straw while awake and said, "If only this were in sleep!"

It is also said that whoever sees straw in his dream, let him keep hold of his purse, for it is wealth for whoever obtains it, and its effect will be very visible on him. It is also said that straw is wealth gained with toil, because it cannot be reached except after threshing.

Whoever sees in a dream that he has straw will obtain lawful provision or provisions for himself. If he eats some of it in the dream, he will consume its price, or meet with hardship, drought and hunger. If he puts it in a place not fit for it, such as chests and storerooms, it indicates high prices and the death of the animals he feeds. Straw may indicate the wealth of charitable alms, because it is the leftover of wealth. Much straw in a town is a sign of much vegetation. Straw indicates what it was grown from: wheat straw indicates wheat [the source text is garbled here], bean straw indicates broad beans, and chickpea straw indicates chickpeas; whatever abundance or scarcity he sees of it in the dream applies to its source.
