In a dream he is a ruler: if he measures fairly, the ruler is just; if he gives short measure, the ruler is unjust.
Whoever sees that he measures with a level measure, empties it and measures again will be just in his rulings and fair to his subjects. The measurer signifies the judge; whoever sees a measurer who does not measure with fairness, it points to the ruler and his righteousness.
Whoever sees that he was given a measure, or turned into a measurer: if he is fit for the judgeship he will obtain it, or for governorship he will obtain it; and if he is not qualified for that, he will be sincere in his conduct, truthful in his words, good in his dealings and a follower of the truth.
