Kohl applier (eye doctor) كحال

In a dream he is a man who sets religion right, through whose hand God the Exalted guides people out of error, and who brings loved ones together. The kohl applier signifies a man of knowledge, of insight into the outcomes of affairs and of skill in examination. He also signifies a pearl diver or underwater diver, a builder of wells, one who repairs water springs [play on 'ayn = "eye" and "spring"], and an assayer who distinguishes counterfeit coin from sound coin ['ayn also = "cash"]. Seeing him may also signify one who gives sincere counsel to whoever consults him, showing the path of right guidance as distinct from error. The kohl applier is also a man who carries news.
