[A bowl] of wood, in a dream, is worldly gain and money he will obtain from a journey; of earthenware, worldly gain in his homeland. Bowls and basins signify how a person's state will be in managing his livelihood.

Whoever sees that he is licking a bowl or his fingers, his provision has run out and his appointed term has come. The bowl is a woman or a servant. It signifies the place in which one earns a living and to which provisions come.
