Justice (of a ruler) عدل

[The source text is garbled here, reading: 'The king … the tyrant …'] In a dream it signifies the joy of the subjects and bringing happiness to them through what makes them safe, protects their wealth for them and makes their lands prosper. It may signify justice among one's children and wives and in whatever one is required to be just in. Whoever acts justly while engaged in sin will repent to God the Exalted.
