Dismissal from office is divorce of the wife, or moving from one craft to another. It is also said that dismissal is appointment, just as appointment is dismissal, and dismissal is governorship: whoever sees that he was dismissed from a governorship he hopes for will be appointed to it, and whoever is out of office and sees that a king sent a messenger to dismiss him will appoint him.
(Whoever sees) that he was dismissed and an old man was appointed in his place, his affair will be strong; and if a young man was appointed in his place, something hateful will befall him in his governorship from some of his enemies.
