(Peace be upon him.) Whoever sees him in a dream will be granted strength and manifest blessing, and spouses and strong children who support one another; he will suffer grief because of one of them, then it will be relieved, he will be gladdened, and his eye will be delighted by what he loves.
(Whoever sees) Jacob (peace be upon him) will attain nearness to God Most High through his obedience and worship, and will give charity to the poor. Hardship will befall him in himself, and a worry that grieves brothers of his. He may lose his sight, then God Most High will restore it to him. If he has an absent son, he will return to him safe and sound; if he has someone lost or strayed, God Most High will reunite him with that. It may indicate an illness that strikes him, or a punishment or trial because of his child, and its outcome will be praiseworthy, God willing. Seeing Jacob (peace be upon him) indicates grief and the loss of family and of beloved children. Seeing him may indicate someone who schemes against him in his wealth or his child. Seeing him indicates weakness of sight and recovery from it, reunion with loved ones and deliverance from hardships, and then his affair will end in safety. Seeing him may indicate an interpreter of dreams, abundant wealth, journeys, high prices, finding what was lost and losing what was found, and a good outcome in family, wealth and offspring. If a woman sees Jacob (peace be upon him), there is fear for her child from prison or an accusation, and he will be innocent of what he is accused of.
