Minister (vizier) وزير

Seeing the minister in a dream may indicate honor, authority, the execution of commands and the fulfilling of needs with people of rank, such as judges and scribes. If he sees that he has become a minister, he will rule over those beneath him and attain honor, elevation and authority; he will be guided after his misguidance and attain accepted repentance. If that is not fitting for him, he will bear burdens [awzar] and sins and suffer trouble from his family, relatives and people. If he hopes for the ministry, perhaps he will not attain it, because of His saying, the Exalted:

كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ

“No! There is no refuge.”

Quran 75:11 · Saheeh International

He may mismanage things with one of his parents, his teacher, his partner or one placed in command over him.

(Whoever sees) that he is a ruler's minister standing before him will uphold his authority and carry out his affairs.
