Whoever sees in a dream that he is on the Day of Arafah: if he has someone absent, that person will return to him happy; if a relative has cut him off, that relative will reconnect with him; if he has quarreled with someone, he will reconcile with him. Arafah signifies the Hajj, and it may signify Friday, and a market and profitable trade. Whoever stands at Arafah in a dream, his rank will shift accordingly, from good to what is lesser, or from evil to good. He may part from someone dear to him, such as a wife or a noble dwelling, or his enemy may triumph over him; and if he is in any of these situations, he will obtain honor and nobility, be reunited with the one he parted from and triumph over his enemy. If he is a sinner, his repentance will be accepted. If he has a hidden secret, it will come out. Standing at Arafah may signify meeting with the departed beloved and the estranged companion. Whoever stands there at night before dawn will attain his aim and his need, and whoever comes to it after dawn will not attain his aim.
