Apples تفاح

In a dream they indicate children and handsome faces. Apples are a man's ambition and what he strives for, according to the ambition of whoever sees them. If he is a ruler, seeing apples is his kingdom; if he is a merchant, apples are his trade; if he is a farmer, seeing apples is his crop; and likewise apples are the ambition of whoever sees them. If he sees that he obtained apples or ate them, he will obtain from that ambition in the measure I have described. It is also said that sweet apples are lawful provision and sour ones unlawful. Whoever the ruler throws an apple to, it is a messenger bringing his wish and desire. The apple tree is a believing man close to people; whoever sees that he is planting an apple tree will raise an orphan.

Whoever sees that he is eating an apple will consume wealth that people look upon. If he picks it, he will obtain wealth from a noble man along with good praise. Counted apples are counted dirhams. If he smells an apple in a mosque, he will marry; and likewise a woman. If she smells it in a gathering of immorality, she will become notorious; and if she eats it in a known place, she will give birth to a handsome child. Biting an apple is obtaining good from him [someone] and profit. Apples represent friends and brethren.

It is also said that whoever sees that he is eating apples, an enemy will appear to him. Sour apples indicate dispersal, harms and clamor, and the tree indicates [a crop; the source word is garbled].
