Walking مشي

Whoever sees in a dream that he is walking upright (steadily) is seeking the laws of Islam and will be granted good. If he walks in the markets, he has a bequest in his hand (he is an executor); and if he is fit for authority, he will be invested with a governorship. If he walks barefoot, it is the departure of grief and goodness of religion. Moderation in walking is humility before God Almighty. Walking indicates seeking provision, because of His saying, Exalted is He:

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًا فَٱمْشُوا۟ فِى مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا۟ مِن رِّزْقِهِۦ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ

“It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.”

Quran 67:15 · Saheeh International

Walking briskly is victory over the enemy. Walking backward indicates turning back from a matter he had begun; and if he had not yet begun it, he will refrain from it. Walking backward may indicate corruption in the dreamer's religion and a change in his condition. If he sees that he is strutting in his walk, it indicates the ugliness of his condition and the corruption of his deeds. If he sees that he walked and fell on his face, he will lose this world and the Hereafter, because of His saying, Exalted is He:

“And of the people is he who worships Allāh on an edge. If he is touched by good, he is reassured by it; but if he is struck by trial, he turns on his face [to unbelief]. He has lost [this] world and the Hereafter. That is what is the manifest loss.”

Quran 22:11 · Saheeh International

If he stumbles in his walking or running, he will be found out in some matter that befalls him, and he will sin because of what happened to him from it. If he stumbles over a man, it indicates the humiliation of the one stumbled over, through something hateful reaching him. Walking, if it is purposeful striving, indicates a righteous deed. Walking indicates a dangerous journey and reliance on God. Whoever walks with his head bowed will live long, and it may be a relapse after an illness from which he was saved. Walking above the sky is walking on rainwater, because it comes down from it. Whoever walks on three legs with a cane because of old age, or because of an ailment in his leg, let him lean on a cane.

(Whoever sees) that he is walking on one leg, it indicates the loss of half his wealth or half his life. If he sees that he has many legs on which he walks, he will go blind and need someone to walk with him and guide him on the road, if his sight is weak. If a governor sees that he has many legs on which he walks, he will be dismissed and will only move through agents. If he sees inanimate things walking, such as a mountain or iron, it indicates hardship and the descent of affliction; it may indicate resoluteness in religious or worldly matters and help from God Almighty in that, especially if it walks straight. A human walking like an animal is a sign of taking on the manners of the ignorant; unless the animal is one that is eaten, in which case he goes among people doing good; otherwise he goes among people with hypocrisy, and with striving between them (to sow discord) that he does not achieve.
