Peace be upon him. He is the angel entrusted with dreams and with striking parables from the Preserved Tablet. Seeing him in a dream signifies glad tidings, celebrations, the fulfillment of a promise, death and life, travel and return from it, marriage, children, office, might, victory and defeat. If he gives the dreamer something in the dream that points to something, or tells him of it, it will come to pass, because he is the angel entrusted with that. Seeing him [or those like him] signifies an interpreter who speaks on behalf of kings and is privy to their secrets. Seeing him may signify nobility of mind and the knowledge of unveiling [mystical insight], and one who is constantly looking into the tablet, such as a tutor, or books, or a copyist.
