Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Remembrance of God (dhikr) ذكر الله

In a dream, if someone sees it in a gathering, such as reciting the Quran, supplication, or a poem about asceticism and worship, it signifies that that place will be firmly built up in proportion to the recitation and its correctness. If there is a grammatical error in the poem of asceticism, their governance is incomplete; if the poems are love poetry, that governance is void.

Whoever sees that he remembers God the Exalted much will be granted victory over his enemies. As for reminding people [preaching], the preacher in a dream is a sincere adviser who saves people from their sins; if he is a merchant, he saves them from loss and is beneficial.

Whoever sees that he is preaching while he is not fit for that is in worry and sickness and is praying to God for relief. If he speaks words of piety and wisdom and is truthful in his remembrance, relief will come to him, he will recover from his illness, come out of hardship into ease, be freed from a debt he owes, or be granted victory over an oppressor. If his words are deceitful, that will become difficult for him, and he will say something that is mocked and laughed at.
