It is the house of the millstone. The mill in which wheat is ground signifies in a dream knowledge by which truth is separated from falsehood, and the house of the judge, because of the income and outgoings, the measuring, weighing, justice and fairness in it. It signifies provision and gain, because of the increase that comes from grinding. The mill may signify worries, troubles, tightness of the chest and headache. It may signify a water wheel (sāqiya), because of the turning of the wheel and the gear in it and the coming out of the flour and its transfer from vessel to vessel, like water transferred into basins from the buckets. If the mill is grinding human beings, it signifies civil strife and loss of lives. If in a dream it grinds what is not eaten, it signifies drought and high prices. If its flour is plentiful and its storerooms and bins are full, it signifies provision and its growth, low prices and recovery from illnesses. A mill for lote leaves (sidr), potash (ushnān), lupin, marshmallow (khiṭmī), henna and the like signifies purity, the departure of illnesses, the going of worries and troubles, and the paying off of debts. Something akin to this has already been given in the chapter on the millstone.
