Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Guarantee (surety) ضمان

In a dream it signifies binding oneself to whatever the guaranteed thing signifies. If what is guaranteed is good, such as charity he guarantees on behalf of another, or fulfilling a need, or rescuing someone in distress, it signifies his hastening to good and helping toward it. If what is guaranteed in the dream is wine or unlawful money, it signifies a financial loss, straitened means and poverty, because the guarantor is one who pays, and a guarantee in a dream is a loss in waking life.

Whoever sees that he stood surety for a man for something will learn one of that man's manners. A guarantee may also be regret.
