Clouds (white clouds) غمام

In a dream it signifies victory for the believers and the death of the sick, because of His saying, the Exalted:

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأْتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى ظُلَلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْغَمَامِ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَقُضِىَ ٱلْأَمْرُ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ

“Do they await but that Allāh should come to them in covers of clouds and the angels [as well] and the matter is [then] decided? And to Allāh [all] matters are returned.”

Quran 2:210 · Saheeh International

Whoever rides on any cloud will rise in rank and travel if he is healthy, or marry an eminent wife if he is single. The cloud (ghamāma) may also signify distress (ghumma), being derived from it. The rest of the discussion was given under the letter Sīn in "Clouds" (saḥāb).
