Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Weaving نسج

In a dream it indicates the folding up of a lifetime, or the passing of most of one's days. It may indicate a middling condition, or the contracting and expanding of the world.

(Whoever sees) that he is weaving a garment will undertake a journey. If he sees that he is laying the warp, he has resolved on a journey. If he sees that he wove it and then cut it off, the matter he sought has been reached and ended: if he is in prison, he will be released; if in a dispute, he will make peace. Weaving a garment of cotton, wool, goat's down, hair, silk or anything else is the same. If he sees a folded garment, he will travel; if he unfolds a garment, an absent person will come to him. If he has a garment of goat's down woven for him, it is a servant's matter.
