Travel (journey) سفر

In a dream it is a sign of uncovering people's characters (since travel, safar, 'unveils', yusfir, people's natures). If the traveler is poor, he will become rich. If travelers come to him in a dream, they may indicate news that will reach the dreamer from their direction. Whoever sees that he traveled will move from one state to another. Travel is surveying: whoever sees that he traveled will survey a piece of land, just as, if he saw that he surveyed a piece of land, he will travel. Whoever sees that he traveled will move from one place to another. Travel may be literally travel. Returning from travel is repentance and turning back from sins; and returning from a journey indicates the fulfillment of a need. Whoever sees that he traveled on foot, that is a debt that overwhelms him. Whoever sees that he moved from his house to an unknown house will travel. If a sick person sees that he is traveling to a distant land, or moving from one house to an unknown house, or from one room to an unknown room, it is a sign of his death. Whoever sees that he took provisions for the journey has sent good ahead (for his Hereafter).
