Toothpick (skewer pin) خلال

In a dream it is like the broom with which the house is swept, and a person [sweeps out] the people of his house, so there is no good in it. The toothpick with which one picks one's teeth signifies provision, purity, repentance and seeking forgiveness. The pin prepared for marking [cloth] is preparation and smoothing the way. Seeing it in a dream signifies a hired worker, a child, or a useful servant.
