Tambourine (frame drum) دف

In a dream it is calamity, worry and sorrows. It is notoriety for the one who has it. If it is in the hand of a slave-woman, it is evident, well-known good according to her appearance; and it is a well-known voice of falsehood. If it is with a man, everyone who draws near to him will become known through it. If it is with a woman, it is a well-known matter or a well-known custom among all people. Musical instruments and singing-girls, all of them at weddings, are a calamity for the people of that house. The tambourine may signify marriage, and it may signify the return of an absent person.
