Spinning (yarn) غزل

If a woman sees in a dream that she is spinning and spinning quickly, someone absent will return to her. If she is slow in spinning, she will travel or her husband will travel. If the whorl of the spindle comes off, she will stay home from her journey, or her traveler will cancel his plan. If she spins cotton, she will leave her dowry owed by her husband and then return (to it). If she spins flax, she will go to gatherings of wisdom. If a man sees that he is spinning cotton or flax and in doing so imitates women, he will suffer humiliation or do a deed for which he is not praised. If the yarn is fine, it is work with scant means in which he toils; if it is thick, it is a journey in which there is victory.

Whoever sees a woman spinning cotton, she is betraying her husband.

Whoever sees that he is spinning wool, hair or the like, of what men spin, will travel and obtain good.

Whoever sees that he is unraveling yarn breaks covenants and pledges.
