Shoulder منكب

In a dream it is a man's friend, his partner, his hired worker, or one who takes his place; or his gravity, his adornment and his beauty. Whatever condition, mishap or beauty he sees in it is interpreted as relating to these. The shoulder indicates provision, good, and striving for the sick. It indicates a distant journey. He, the Exalted, said:

“It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.”

Quran 67:15 · Saheeh International

by this He meant traveling in the far reaches of the earth. Pain in the shoulder is a man's wrongdoing in the toil of his hand.
