Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Rain cloak (overcoat) ممطر

In a dream it is a good name, because it is among the widest of garments and is worn over them; likewise a good name rises above all matters. It is strength and support, because it is the thickest of garments and a protection for them. For the merchant it is a name and good praise. If it is of striped cloth [burd], it is religion and worldly life; if it is of cotton, it is less than that; if it is of brocade, raw silk or silk, it is worldly life without religion; if it is of linen, it is less than cotton. If he wears it alone [with nothing beneath it], he will become poor and be a man who lives among people by keeping up appearances, with good praise and fine repute.
