Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Playing (games) لعب

In a dream it is a sign of delusion, mockery and deficiency in religion. Playing backgammon [nard] is eminence, elevation, honor and standing; it may signify the mockery and disobedience he commits while awake. Playing mancala is argumentation. Playing the ring game is the concealment of commands, unless it appears in the dream with someone; it may signify what is lost. Playing knucklebones [ka'b] is appointment to office. Playing with a ball — an unidentified round thing of leather stuffed with wool and the like — is reconciliation between enemies; if the player is ill, he will recover and be well. Playing with walnuts is a quarrel followed by reconciliation and rest.
