Perishing (annihilation) فناء

In a dream it signifies benefits coming to nothing and the absence of any relief, because of diseases, or the harvest, or blight in the crops, or a heavenly calamity striking the livestock and cattle. Among the people of the Sufi path, annihilation (fana') is existence and subsistence (baqa').
