Oil زيت

In a dream it is provision and lawful money, and a cure for whoever anoints himself with it.

(Whoever sees) that he is drinking oil, that signifies sorcery or illness. Olive oil is knowledge, blessing, guidance, inner light and lawful provision. Oils not from olives, such as turnip-seed oil and terebinth oil, are money that is mostly doubtful or that goes back to the sultan. Oil may signify the light of the eyes or the light of the heart. It may signify the limiting of children (meaning unclear in the source), or the occurrence of an assault or a fracture. Oil may signify one who draws near or is looked after. If good oil turned bad, it signifies breaking a covenant; if bad oil turned good, it signifies good dealings and certainty.
