Melon (watermelon) بطيخ

In a dream it is a man with worries, and a sick person who is often confined. Whoever sees it will be struck by a worry he cannot find his way out of and whose outcome he does not know.

Whoever sees that he is eating melon will come out of prison, because of His saying, the Exalted:

وَكَذَٰلِكَ بَعَثْنَـٰهُمْ لِيَتَسَآءَلُوا۟ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ قَالَ قَآئِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ كَمْ لَبِثْتُمْ ۖ قَالُوا۟ لَبِثْنَا يَوْمًا أَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْمٍ ۚ قَالُوا۟ رَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا لَبِثْتُمْ فَٱبْعَثُوٓا۟ أَحَدَكُم بِوَرِقِكُمْ هَـٰذِهِۦٓ إِلَى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ فَلْيَنظُرْ أَيُّهَآ أَزْكَىٰ طَعَامًا فَلْيَأْتِكُم بِرِزْقٍ مِّنْهُ وَلْيَتَلَطَّفْ وَلَا يُشْعِرَنَّ بِكُمْ أَحَدًا

“And similarly, We awakened them that they might question one another. Said a speaker from among them, "How long have you remained [here]?" They said, "We have remained a day or part of a day." They said, "Your Lord is most knowing of how long you remained. So send one of you with this silver coin of yours to the city and let him look to which is the best of food and bring you provision from it and let him be cautious. And let no one be aware of you.”

Quran 18:19 · Saheeh International

meaning the melon, as Ibn Sirin said.

Whoever sees that he stretched his hand to the sky and took a melon is seeking kingship and will attain it quickly. A ripe melon is health of the body. As for the Indian melon [watermelon], whoever sees that he gave it to people will be heavy and cold in people's eyes, or will speak tiresome words. A melon patch is men with worries. Melon is good for one who wants to love another and for one who wants to circumcise another; but for one who wants to do work, melon is bad for him and indicates idleness [bitala].

Whoever sees that melons are being thrown into a house, members of its household will die according to the number of each one of them. Melon in a dream is illness, while the green, unripe kind is health of the body. A green melon is a town, a child, a wife or a slave. If it is brought to a sick person who needs it, he will be healed; and if he does not need it, it indicates his place [i.e. his grave]. Its seeds are understanding and knowledge. Yellow melons are women or men of good reputation and goodness. It may indicate a woman of beautiful qualities, or of bad faults, because of the roughness of its skin, the heaviness of its nature and the yellowness of its color. If he sees a melon cut into slices, it indicates a debt he will collect, or collect in full, over several months. A red melon indicates various kinds of jewelry.
