Judge (Qadi) قاض

Whoever sees in a dream that he was appointed judge and was just in it: if he is a merchant, he will be fair; if he is a market trader, he will give full measure and weight. If he sees that he is judging between people but does not judge well, he will be unjust in his judgment and not fair; if he is a governor, he will be dismissed; if he is a traveler, he will be robbed on the road; otherwise God's blessing upon him will change through an affliction with which he will be tried. If he sees a known judge being unjust in his ruling, the people of that place will cheat in their scales and short their measures. If a lowly person came before the judge and the judge gave him justice, the dreamer will obtain justice from an opponent of his, and if he is worried, his worry will be lifted. If the judge was unjust in his ruling, then if there is a dispute between him and someone, he will not get justice from him. If he sees a judge set up the scale and it tipped down, he has reward and recompense with God Most High; if the scale rose up, it is a warning to him against a sin. If he sees that he is weighing bad copper coins and silver dirhams, he will lean (toward injustice), hear false testimony and rule by it. The unknown judge is God Most High.

(Whoever sees) that he turned into a judge, a sage, a righteous man or a scholar will obtain elevation, good renown, asceticism and knowledge; if he is not fit for that, he will be tried with a false matter, and if he is a traveler, he will be robbed on the road.

(Whoever sees) the judge's face cheerful and bright will obtain good news and joy.

(Whoever sees) the place of a judge will suffer fright and a dispute. It is said that the place of rulers, judges, those who speak on legal rulings, and teachers of the Sunnah, the sacred laws and the obligatory duties, signifies turmoil, sorrow and the loss of much money among all the people, and the appearance of hidden things. In illness it signifies worry and the crisis of the disease. If a sick person sees that a judgment is given in his favor, his crisis will turn to good and he will recover; if the sick person sees that judgment is given against him, he will die. If a person is in a dispute and sees that he is sitting in the place of the ruler, or that he is the ruler, he will be victorious and will not be overcome, because the ruler does not judge against himself but against others. A known judge is interpreted as a physician, or it may be that very judge himself.
