Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Intercession شفاعة

In a dream it is honor and rank. It is also said that it signifies deceit, and it is also said that it signifies a reward that comes without anything being spent. Whoever sees the Day of Resurrection in his dream and sees the prophets (peace be upon them) to whom the people come on the Day of Resurrection seeking intercession, and that this takes place, it is a sign of affairs coming to a standstill and of no helper being found for those in need among the people of his community, because they (the prophets) hold back at the intercession and each one says, 'I am not the one for it,' since God the Exalted singled out the master of the messengers, Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace), and made him the one who holds the intercession on the Day of Resurrection. Consider the intercession of a neighbor on the Day of Resurrection: if his neighbor intercedes for him in the dream on the Day of Resurrection, it signifies that he will benefit from him and obtain comfort from one of his companions, or find a helper among his acquaintances in his time of need and hardship. If his child intercedes for him in the dream, it signifies that he will benefit from him or through him; likewise if he intercedes for someone else. If the Glorious Quran intercedes for him, he will benefit from knowledge and attain a high rank.
