Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Enjoining good الأمر بالمعروف

In a dream, such as one who commands people to pray or to recite the two testimonies, or who preaches to them, it is a sign of faith in God the Exalted and fulfilling His right. If he is fit for office, he will take charge; or for judgeship, he will judge. Likewise, if he sees in the dream that he poured out wine, broke a lute, threw away dice for backgammon, or the like, that indicates faith and its being spread at the hands of the one doing it. It may indicate the occurrence of a matter that requires patience. As for enjoining evil and forbidding good in a dream, it is a sign of hypocrisy.
