Eloquence فصاحة

Whoever sees in a dream that he was a non-Arab speaker [or inarticulate] and became eloquent will obtain honor, might and sovereignty until he has no equal. If he is a governor, he will take hold of the world; if he is a merchant, he will be renowned in the four quarters of the world; and likewise in every trade.

Whoever sees that he speaks every language will possess a great worldly affair and will be mighty. Eloquence is might and authority.
