Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Direction of the one praying وجهة المصلي في الصلاة

(Whoever sees) in a dream that he is praying toward the east is a man of bad doctrine, given to slandering people, bold in committing sins, because he has agreed with the Jews, and the Jews are like that. If his face is toward what lies near the east, he is a man among the innovators in falsehoods, because the east is the qibla of the Christians, and the cross is falsehood. If his face is toward the back of the Kaaba, he has cast Islam behind his back by committing a major sin, a false oath or slandering a chaste woman; he does not avoid indecencies and is not mindful of God Most High, because the Magians in it have permitted themselves every forbidden thing. If he sees that he does not know the qibla, or that he is looking for it and cannot find it, he is confused in his religion. If he sees that he is praying toward the Kaaba, his religion is upright. If he sees that he is praying toward the east, he holds the view of the Qadariyya and resembles the view of the Christians, for the east is their qibla.
