Whoever recites it in a dream, or any part of it, or has it recited to him, will be imprisoned and then come out of prison safely; God the Exalted will ward off from him the evil of evil people, and he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his face like the moon on the night it is full. It is also said that he will turn away from doubt and uncertainty, and his religion will be set right after it had been corrupted. Ja'far al-Sadiq, may God be pleased with him, said: it is feared that he will drown. Ibn al-Musayyib said: and it is feared [that he will suffer] from his paternal kinsmen. Ibn Fadala said: he will not leave this world except through a trial.
