Surat al-Inshirah (The Opening Up of the Heart) سورة الانشراح

Whoever recites it in a dream, or any part of it, or has it recited to him, — Ja'far al-Sadiq, may God be pleased with him, said: he will be safe from afflictions, diseases, ailments and illnesses. It is also said that God will open his heart to Islam. It is also said [it signifies] someone reminding him of a favor done for him. It is also said that God the Exalted will make his affair easy for him and his worries will be lifted.
