Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Sheep and goats (flock) غنم

In a dream they are righteous, obedient subjects. The flock (ghanam) indicates spoils (ghanima), spouses, properties, children, crops and fruit-bearing trees.

(Whoever sees) that he is driving a large flock will rule over Arabs and non-Arabs: the white ones are non-Arabs and the black ones are Arabs. If he takes some of their wool and milk, he will collect wealth from them. If he owns the flock, it is spoils he will gain. If he sees that he passed through them, they are men without sense. If he sees them standing still, they are men gathering in that place over some matter. If he sees that they came toward him, they are people who will confront him in a dispute or a fight, and he will defeat them. It is also said that a large flock is a people who are governed.

(Whoever sees) that he found a flock will obtain a governorship, leadership, dominion, rule, a judgeship and blessings.

(Whoever sees) that he is shearing the flock's hair must be careful for three days and not leave his house. White sheep are a sign of good, and black ones likewise, but the white are more indicative of good.

(Whoever sees) a flock of sheep, his joy will last.

(Whoever sees) the heads and trotters of sheep, his life will be lengthened.

(Whoever sees) his form changed into the form of a sheep will obtain spoils.
