Dream meaning · al-Nabulsi

Seller of cooked heads رآس

Seeing him signifies one who handles people's capital [ru'us al-amwal, literally "heads of wealth"], such as a money-changer. Seeing him may signify death or falling into hardships. If they are unknown heads, with their hair, horns and blood, it signifies the passing away of scholars and the seizing of chiefs, especially if the one in charge of him or the seller is unknown or of great might. The head-seller is one who owns people's heads [leaders] from their towns, people of importance. If one buys a head from a head-seller, he will seek from the chief of chiefs a master from whom he will benefit, or a service with which to occupy himself. The head-seller is one who subdues people's heads, whether as a ruler or through a craft and management. The head-seller is interpreted as the sultan.
