Reconciliation (making peace) مصالحة

In a dream it is a dispute: whoever sees that he made peace with his adversary will dispute with him.

(Whoever sees) that a man owed another man a hundred dirhams and they settled on fifty dirhams: if there are words between him and his adversary, the owner of the money will bear them patiently, be forbearing and attain good, because of His saying, the Exalted:

وَإِنِ ٱمْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنۢ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَآ أَن يُصْلِحَا بَيْنَهُمَا صُلْحًا ۚ وَٱلصُّلْحُ خَيْرٌ ۗ وَأُحْضِرَتِ ٱلْأَنفُسُ ٱلشُّحَّ ۚ وَإِن تُحْسِنُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

“And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them - and settlement is best. And present in [human] souls is stinginess. But if you do good and fear Allāh - then indeed Allāh is ever, of what you do, Aware.”

Quran 4:128 · Saheeh International

If he sees that he is inviting a known or unknown man to reconciliation without settling a debt, he is calling someone astray to guidance.
