Kishk (dried yogurt and grain) كشك

In a dream it — like every white food — is provision, except harisa [a wheat-and-meat porridge] and 'asida [a thick flour pudding], for those two are worry and distress. It is also said that kishk is provision that comes with slight pain. Tharid [bread soaked in broth] made with kishk is a profitable but lowly trade with much benefit, if there is fat in it.
